Exchanges & Returns
Mat Lee offers a 14 day return/ exchange period for full priced items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on purchases within 14 days from delivery date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
To return an item, please email email@example.com and state the reason for exchange or return.
To exchange or return the item/s please see the following:
- Clothing must be in original condition and have not been worn, altered, washed and damaged.
- All items must have all swing tags
- Items must include all original packaging, including jewellery/dust bags . These must be in original conditions as these are considered part of the item.
To ensure you are eligible for a return we recommend the following:
- Use a silk scarf to cover your makeup before trying on clothing and jewellery, to ensure it doesn't rub onto the garment
- Try on dresses/ pants with your shoes off
All exchanges will include a re-delivery shipping cost
Please consider sample/warehouse/Flash sale purchases carefully as these items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (subject to Australian consumer Law).
Lost or stolen items
Mat lee is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend registered post (signature on delivery) for all orders. Tracking is provided for all parcels.
Refunds & Credit Notes
Mat Lee is happy to process refunds and credit notes on full price items within 10 days
All sales items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Law. Credit notes can be offered where applicable
Purchases made with credit notes cannot be refunded.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed once the return has be received.
